Hmmmm, if you put the old bulb back in, do you have lights again? Check the headlight fuse and if it is blown try the old bulb, then the new bulb, you may have a short...

It is possible that there is a short circuit on the board.

 

Did you check the fuse that protects the lighting circuits?

 

If it is blown, replace it and put the old bulb back in to see if it anything works.

 

If that works look very closely at the board and the harness that goes from the plug to the board, make sure it did not get pinched under the lens cover or something.

 

If it is the board or the cable I would try to return it to the vendor for a replacement.

 

Got any pictures of the LED board and associated cable and plug?
