86 1st Gen Speedometer

Just curious if anyone has one they would like to sell. Mine is seriously Kapoot.

 

I keep checking ebay and can find em for 200 give or take but it's always for the whole dash... I don't need all that.

 

Also, any ideas if other speedo's are compatible?

For the most part they are all interchangeable MK1 and MK2 to my knowledge...

For the most part they are all interchangeable MK1 and MK2 to my knowledge...

 

Mechanically, they are the same I think, but there are some graphics differences between the years. Tach may not match. Nothing major, but they are different from an MKI to an MKII.

Hope you find one, and when you do you might consider greasing the speedometer bearing with one of these tools.
