bj66 Posted February 27, 2012 #1 Posted February 27, 2012 Sounds like the mild winter is going to come to an abrupt end. Sleet and Ice turing to snow with strong winds in the next 48 hrs. Accumulations of up to 15 inches......I guess its not so bad. Another few weeks and we are on the downhill side of things. At least this isnt late november with another 4 months to look forward to.
leo3wheel Posted February 28, 2012 #2 Posted February 28, 2012 We have some daffodils that will probably bloom tomorrow. Then the bad weather returns......

jfoster Posted February 28, 2012 #4 Posted February 28, 2012 I'm hoping for a mild summer, two months if 100-110 was rough last year.
Venturous Randy Posted February 28, 2012 #5 Posted February 28, 2012 We also have a lot of trees budding out. Got a while before winter is over. Biggest snow I ever remember here was in March 93. RandyA

Looks like the storm door is finally open in the Pacific. We Westcoasters get hit first, and then it heads north into the midwest. The one you're getting hit with went thru here yesterday. Brace yourself, the one due in here later this afternoon is going to be even stronger....
Flyinfool Posted February 28, 2012 #8 Posted February 28, 2012 Yup it is getting here today/tonight. Those north of the snow line are expecting 15+ inches of and south of the line more than 1 inch of rain. That line is just about centered on WI. I am south of the line so I have to hope that the storm drops south some so I can share in the fun. Not looking good for that though.
CaptainJoe Posted February 28, 2012 #9 Posted February 28, 2012 Ragtop69gw "Shovelin snow :rotf: " That's what 4 wheelers do best!:whistling:put a plow on the front connected to the electric winch and go out and play....er... i mean work
BuddyRich Posted February 28, 2012 #10 Posted February 28, 2012 I'm hoping for a mild summer, two months if 100-110 was rough last year. I heard that. Carried a bottle of water to wear form time to time. Hillbilly AC
