Yammer Dan Posted February 25, 2012 #2 Posted February 25, 2012 We got some today but it didn't stick around. I think it went to Tom's!!
Snaggletooth Posted February 25, 2012 #3 Posted February 25, 2012 It was decently warm yesterday morning when I left for work. Considered taking the bike for the day but I took the cage instead. By the time I got off work it was starting to snow. Heavy, wet snow. On the way home I had the wipers going full speed and I could barey see a 100 feet ahead. Got into the driveway and got out to open the door and by the time I got back in the car it was covered. It was coming down that fast and heavy. Went inside for a bit to put things away and headed back out the garage. Danged sun was out and the snow was melting off faster than it came down. I love the seasonal changes here in Nebraska. Just not every half hour. NEBRASKA .... WHERE WE KEEP OUR SWIMSUITS IN THE POCKETS OF OUR PARKAS!
BuddyRich Posted February 25, 2012 #4 Posted February 25, 2012 That's a real good place for it. Now shut the door. Its down to the 50's down here..
wrenchrob Posted February 25, 2012 #5 Posted February 25, 2012 low 30s here. it will be a few weeks before the garage door gets opened and the midnight is unleashed. Cant wait!

Rosie1965 Posted February 26, 2012 #7 Posted February 26, 2012 I love the seasonal changes here in Nebraska. Just not every half hour. NEBRASKA .... WHERE WE KEEP OUR SWIMSUITS IN THE POCKETS OF OUR PARKAS! Supposed to be 50 here tomorrow then more snow next week. If you don't like the weather in Iowa, wait a couple hours and it will change.

Yammer Dan Posted February 26, 2012 #10 Posted February 26, 2012 At least t-shirts and shorts. I spent 3 hrs outside without a shirt this week trimming trees.
67mini67 Posted February 26, 2012 #11 Posted February 26, 2012 We got 4-5 inches today with high winds. Saw a MC stranded at the top of a hill out of the valley that finally had to give up due to severe accumulation. Was being babysat by state patrol Had to laugh as I saw 10-12 cages in the ditch and one 3 car accident during my 50 round trip to town.:rotf:
BIG TOM Posted February 26, 2012 #12 Posted February 26, 2012 I ain't gonna say it !!!!! nope...nope...nope..
KIC Posted February 26, 2012 #13 Posted February 26, 2012 Cold weather sucks...we are only going to hit a high of 72 with clear skies. Guess I'll have to postpone the fire in the fire place and do something like ...hmm... go out and ride....
Rosie1965 Posted February 26, 2012 #14 Posted February 26, 2012 I spent 3 hrs outside without a shirt this week trimming trees. Shirtless would just ruin my farmer's tan. Plus I don't look near as good shirtless as I did 20 years ago.
