Installing Handle Bar End Caps ?

Anyone know how to install these handle bar end caps.

 

I have stock grips and the stock end caps just easly pulls of.

 

Or maybe these are not end caps.

 

If not does anyone know what they are and where they go?

They are end caps for 83-93 1st gen. There should also be some sort of sleeve that fits over the handle bar that holds the foam grip and inside chrome piece and the web that the screw goes thru to the end cap. The whole assembly then slips on to the bar. It looks like you are missing most of the stuff.
