stevej Posted February 1, 2012 #26 Posted February 1, 2012 Standing in line at the store, talking to a gentleman who is 92 and thinking that even if I live as long as he has, I already have more years behind me than I have left , and I have a lot planned to get done yet.
Brenda H Posted February 1, 2012 #27 Posted February 1, 2012 I've always found the older Sean Connery sexy. I was never a big fan of his 007 films until he did the last one! Just wish he'd come out of retirement to do Indy Jones IV. Years ago I found a coffee table book titled "The History of the Pin Up". One of the pictures I remember to this day. An absolutely stunning young lady in a pose similar to the one Betty Grable made famous [anyone remember that one?] wearing not a heck of lot more than a long feather boa. The caption cracked me up. It read " Lucille Ball, Yes that's right, Lucille Ball, in the Eddie Cantor film "Roman Scandals" in 1933! When I realized that I find an older, mature Sean Connery sexy.
leo3wheel Posted February 1, 2012 #28 Posted February 1, 2012 sorry guys, still in my early 40's, chasing women younger. when i trade by bike for a Hovaround, i will let ya know! Hey, a Hannigan Hovaround is not so bad.
GAWildKat Posted February 1, 2012 #29 Posted February 1, 2012 I've always found Sean Connery sexy, and I'm 37. I have always found mature sophisticated men appealing. I used to tell Mike I looked forward to the day when he became mature and sophisticated, and guess what? he's almost there lol.
Flyinfool Posted February 2, 2012 #30 Posted February 2, 2012 I might be getting older according to the calendar, but I refuse to grow up. It really hit home when the first GREAT granddaughter was born....... But I still ain't old enough to trade my 1st gen in on a 2nd gen..........
RandyR Posted February 2, 2012 #31 Posted February 2, 2012 I'll consider that I'm getting old when I get grey hair,,,, until then, my kids are finally getting mature, my grand kids are finally getting a job,, this retirement isn't paying that well,,,, government pension doesn't cover a new scoot purchase, and my oldest kid is only 42 this year. I'm not loosing any sleep over all this yet,,, I get to nap in the morning and the afternoon, and again after supper if necessary,,, coffee is ready when I get up and projects keep piling up,,, so,,,, life is good. Now what was this thread about??? I think about failing eyesight.
Sailor Posted February 2, 2012 #32 Posted February 2, 2012 When I realized it is legal for me to bed that young stuff, really young, like 55,50 or even 45 years old. When I discovered my oldest son is in his mid 40's and my youngest one is also in his 40's.
