Red Ryder Posted January 16, 2012 #1 Posted January 16, 2012 (edited) Hey All, just thought this was kinda helpful if you want to know who your neighbors are. My Aunt & Uncle sent this to me, and living out in the country thought it was cool with the arial view. Later- http://neighbors.whitepages.com/ Hey, just found out this is a older version, due not have a updated one, so names may have changed, Sorry. Later- Edited January 16, 2012 by Red Ryder not updated
jfoster Posted January 16, 2012 #3 Posted January 16, 2012 Google earth is really good, too. Not current, but really good images.
bongobobny Posted January 16, 2012 #5 Posted January 16, 2012 It can't find my place, and the picture is several years old, before I put the deck on...
SilvrT Posted January 16, 2012 #6 Posted January 16, 2012 It can't find my place, and the picture is several years old, before I put the deck on... that doesn't make sense .... if you can't find your place, how can you tell that the pic is several years old?
bongobobny Posted January 16, 2012 #7 Posted January 16, 2012 I found my place by zooming out and in, the program can't find my place!! I have one of those addresses that half of the GPS's in the world can't find me. Try plugging in 52 Sunset Lane, Yorkshire or 52 Aristo Terrace, Arcade and see what you get...

Well see Bob there's your problem right there. You just don't know which address is yours so how do you suppose someone else is to know or find it. Larry

New York? New Jersey? ??
scotty Posted January 17, 2012 #10 Posted January 17, 2012 It doesn't work for me at all, but then I don't have a street address. On the upside I already know the neighbours names, dogs name, truck make and colour, tractor, combine, etc.... With only 3 neighbours you don't get away with much around here.
friesman Posted January 17, 2012 #11 Posted January 17, 2012 you don't get away with much around here. I find that hard to beleive...... Brian
Snaggletooth Posted January 17, 2012 #12 Posted January 17, 2012 It's more current that most. It listed my newest neighbors and they only moved in a couple months ago. And it shows the roof repairs done this summer to my place.
twigg Posted January 17, 2012 #13 Posted January 17, 2012 Also, if you put your neighbors address in you can see whether they have your name correct or not.
GAWildKat Posted January 17, 2012 #14 Posted January 17, 2012 Hey There's more than 3 people in Camrose! I spent the winter of 96 there. Met most of the town just by going to the bar that's attached to the hotel there in town. Dunno if the place is still named Cadillac's or not. Maybe someday I'll get back there for the music festival.

BTW, Cadillacs is still attached to the Norseman Inn, Big valley runs every year.
GAWildKat Posted January 17, 2012 #16 Posted January 17, 2012 LOL I bet I'm still remembered too. I made the trip from Georgia to Camrose that winter to see a guy. I apparently shook up the town during my stay. Random people would walk to me and ask me to talk like the people from Gone with the Wind. Few people can understand what it's like to have someone walk up to you and say "Can you say something like you do back home?" Yeah, those were my young and stupid days. All I'll say is it's an adventure I'll never forget.
bongobobny Posted January 17, 2012 #18 Posted January 17, 2012 Yorkshire where...? New York? New Jersey? ?? Ummm, check the upper right corner of my post...
Sailor Posted January 17, 2012 #19 Posted January 17, 2012 It got the names right but there is no picture, just a blur. I know I am kind of fuzzy in the morning but I didn't know it extended to the whole island.
SilvrT Posted January 17, 2012 #20 Posted January 17, 2012 Ummm, check the upper right corner of my post... I was able to find the yorkshire, NY addy and the Arcade addy yesterday... but today it says "there's something wrong ...blah blah blah"
MLCRIDER Posted January 17, 2012 #21 Posted January 17, 2012 Worked for me shows all the neighbors that moved in vacant house has no name on it so we have the update version. It also shows that my oldest brother and my youngest brother live here with my wife! Not sure where I live now as I am not listed.
bongobobny Posted January 17, 2012 #22 Posted January 17, 2012 I was able to find the yorkshire, NY addy and the Arcade addy yesterday... but today it says "there's something wrong ...blah blah blah" Yup! And, unless either of those addresses you saw showed a mobile home park, both were wrong!!!
Squidley Posted January 18, 2012 #23 Posted January 18, 2012 Thats Hilarious, it shows Lonna's daughter Heather, Monkey Boy, and his ex girlfriend that lives in Michigan staying at our address. Doesn't say a thing about Lonna and I
