Has anyone tried the Evans Waterless engine coolant yet in their motorcycle. I see that Jay Leno's Garage has a short segment on the product. http://www.jaylenosgarage.com/

They do have a version for power-sports now and I am thinking of converting over this spring to it as it is billed as a lifetime coolant never needing replacement or wearing out. It also has the benefit of non-corrosive and higher boiling point then water based coolants.

Here is their website.. http://www.evanscooling.com/

Thanks

Rick F.

Maybe I'm missing some info here in the article, but I don't see a freezing point? In the colder climates; a bike in cold storage may have coolant freezing issues? :confused24:

Found this in the article.

"Freezing Point: -70° F for NPG versus -38° F for EGW. NPG does not freeze, it crystallizes and supercools (contracts slightly and becomes a viscous slurry)."

It seems like a solution (sic) to a problem that doesn't exist.

A well maintained cooling system works just fine and there are no end of companies who will part you from your $$$, whether you need the product or not.
