I bought this lighted chili pepper set for a friend tonight at wally world. They have a lot of pepper themed decorations in home.

 

2nd picture is what I am struggling with.

 

'Indoor' & 'Yard Sculpture' is confusing.

 

Also, is it 'Clear' or 'Brown' wire.

 

Noticed this while I was in check out lane.

Well, it's clearly a brown wire and it's designed to be used inside with an astro turf carpet....

That's a good one to send to Consumer Reports magazine for their inside back cover. Every month they display similar "what the??"

with christmas lights, they mean clear bulb, brown wire. not sure about the yard part.
