B-12 vs Seafoam - Is there a difference?

Is one better than the other and if so by how much. Seafoam can cost about 3 times B-12. Is Seafoam 3 times better?

The thing about Sea-Foam is it won't hurt the seals and gaskets. What is B-12? The Berrymans stuff? If that is it. It is a good cleaner but somewhat harsher than Sea-Foam. Depends on how much you use and how often.
