With all of the snow that we have gotten here in WI this year, NONE, ZERO, ZIP, NADA, I'm still ridin.

I will keep ridin till the first salting of the roads. ANd even better news, the city I live in has adopted to not have a bare pavement policy, this means that they will use as little salt as possible. They claim that this is because all of the storm sewers drain directly into the lake and they do not want the lake to turn into a salt water lake.

Ok I have to comment, ....When I am home.... I love snow, when it finally arrives I park the Venture, cover it up and tuck it in. It loves the heated garage. Then I take the three Yamaha snowmobiles out of their cozy summer corner and fire them up. I get to run the truck with the plow and even tear up the drive way with the Grizzly. Cant get any better!

 

No snow in Wisconsin? Say it isn't so! I will be back in the US in a week. Pray for at least a foot!

Ya, me too. I have plowed all hours of the day and night, get very little pay for it lately and used to enjoy it. But now, nay. Would rather have snow than ice though.

Don't have any here yet but they keep telling us this will be the worst winter in 30 years. Forecast is two weeks of rain. Keeping my fingers crossed. Nice and mild and sunny today and tomorrow.
