My effort to change the clutch fluid has come to a stop. I can not get fluid down the system from the top, nor will it take fluid from the bleed cock upwards, or 'reverse' bleeding. I feel that there is some sort of blockage but I am not a good enough of a mechanic to go from here.....Any thoughts????:fingers-crossed-emo

I would suspect that the drain hole in the side of the bottom of the slave drain valve is rusted shut. Completely remove valve to inspect, holes can be cleaned out with wire, but would recommend replacement. Also rust on valve indicates water was in system and should consider remove/rebuild of slave itself.

I don't think or blockage rust is an issue on a 2005. Have you tried removing the bleeder valve completely and forced fluid back up the line to the reserve? Sometimes even a 1/2 turn will not open the valve up enough to get thigns flowing. I'm sending you a PM. BTW are you using DOT 4 or DOT 5??
