Are any of the Houston members planning to ride motorcycle escort for Wreaths Across America (Houston Link). It is next weekend, 12/10.

 

SCHEDULE

6:00am Staging Begins at Wal-Mart Porter

7:00am Safety Briefing

7:15am KSU

8:00am-8:15am Arrive at Houston National Cemetery

 

I've ridden this the last couple years and am planning to make it this year too.

Anyone going? I'm thinking of meeting some non-VRO friends at the Whataburger/Kroger parking lot adjacent to the Porter Walmart so we can assemble and be sure of riding near each other.

FWIW, my HD buddy is organizing some friends to meet at the Kroger on the feeder just south of the Walmart from 5:30 to 6:00. They'll meet under the sign there. I'm planning to get there just before 6:00 -- since my wife Jamie asked why we had to get there so early. LOL
