X-Box 360

We have had a couple of different video games over the last few years, but this Christmas the 16 year old grandson got an X-Box 360. I have never gotten into these things much, but I am amazed at the graphics on this thing. The amount of detail is phenominal. We have been racing the different cars on the different tracks and it is almost like being in the drivers seat. One of the cars is a late 60's Shelby Mustang and the sound is just like the Mustang in the movie Bullet.

I could not have imagined how life like this could be, especially when I remember the first interactive video game we played at home was "pong" or something like that.

Dkknight has one. I think that is why he's not hear very much anymore. He plays Call of Duty 4 and you can play it online (Xbox live). He's able to play with and talk to other players. The controller vibrates when things explode. He's so into I bought him a gaming chair to sit in. The gaming experience is awesome these days. Totally different from Pong.

What ever happened to Kick The Can?

I got an Xbox360 for Christmas. Was the only thing I really wanted other than a new bike. And I knew the bike wasn't happening. Have been so busy with doctors appointmnets and therapy that I haven't even opened it yet. ALso got a Blade electric RC copter. Don't know which I'll play with first this weekend. Wife said I couldn't have the bike until I am completely healed and well. Sure could have put a lot of wax on her between now and then. (the new bike)
