Ham,Turkey,Rolls,corn,green beans,Kale greens, Stuffing,brussel sprouts. brocolli, Mac&cheese,potato salad,mashed taters & gravy,banana cream pie, pumpkin pie, razzle berry pie, apple pie. Might have forgotten something there. I'll go check.....:fatsmiley::pushups:

wow sounds good by i have to ask whats razzle berry pie? and them greens? and i have to learn how to get back into the gym i just checked my weight and im back to 270 and that not good at all.. but with MS i cant lift over 40 pounds and i think the weight bars weigh that much???

razzle berry pie fresh out of the oven with a big scoop of ice cream on it is sinful lol the pie has blackberrys,rasberrys,and blue berrys all in it very good nothing at DQ that good lol

Razzle berry also has a little apple in there.

 

 

 

James its not about how much you can lift. I never did go for the "big" weight. Seen too many guys get hurt. The weight will come if you keep at it. Just being there and doing something WILL GET RESULTS!!

thanks Dan my sister works for the YMCA here and i got a free 6 month membership to use the exersise room and the aqua pool. im thinking of starting with the swimming first. then work my way up. sorry about high jacking your post forgive me.

If it helps you get started thats GREAT!! Swimming is the best form of exercise you can do. It uses more different muscles than anything you can do. Now about that dinner......time to visit the kitchen!!!Again.
