Looks very similar to what a friend has (his looks just like black one, but I haven't seen him with a remote).

 

Any idea how bad it sounds when you crank a 250 watt amp into a pair of 8 watt speakers?

I have a Shark in my boat. Sound pretty good but the volume only goes up so far. It would work well around town but might have issues are freeway speeds.
