Ones that are honest, true and kind

But that’s what I’ve found in each of you

There are none better, this is true

I thank the Lord most every day

For helping me find my way

To this wonderful family here in cyber space

I feel so lucky to have found this place

I can hardly wait to ride with new friends

And see my old ones once again

So this is all I have to say

May God watch over you this I pray

A wish and a prayer to fight the winter chill

Now look what you have started

It's winter, and mostly we're parted.

For us it's the same as mostly for you

We're stuck in a freeze, and a little bit blue.

For Venture friends are slow to come round

If weather was warmer we not be snow bound.

It's good to be here on this site all connected

I'm glad that year last, it was resurrected.

Great folk we have found to be so surrounded

By borders we're not even slightly so bounded.

We're gowing each day and large is the number

Our boss in not one so taken by slumber.

So thankful we are to be such a part

Of a family close, that has a HUGE HEART.

that love for others does abound

Although I love my friends on here,

my heart goes out to those not near.

Across the sea our soldiers fight,

so we can sleep in peace at night.

They are protecting our way of life,

so we can live in little strife.

We take our freedom for granted a lot,

and they are over there giving all they've got.

I don't forget my brothers abroad,

I am proud to cry this fact out load.

Lord keep them safe throughout the year,

and bring them all home to families dear.

And Santa if your listening,

out trying to get Rudolfs nose glistening.

When you fly over those hills of sand,

drop all my gifts on that foreign land!!!
