Yammer Dan Posted July 18, 2012 Author #331 Posted July 18, 2012 Really sore this morning. We did pretty hard workout yesterday. Made son-in-law sick. Haven't had it do that to me for a while but we push very hard with sweat dripping and trying to find air for next set sometimes it does that.

Thought I was playing stupid last night pushing that much weioght with leg but it feels a little better this morning!! It really hurt doing it but you know how it is when you get started and others are watching. They encouraged me to stop. I think that Son-in-law likes the old man.... It really is no where near as sore as it has been this morning??

Gym 3 times a week.Dano still might have to do a little work on next years photo. How many have already blown that New Years vow?? I said in a more serious moment that I was going to get back where I was before crackhead ran over me...... at least I ain't Quit!!!
