You know I was about ready to upset the Warden when you put that 84 up for sale.

Cut last nights a little short too!! Can't let that happen. I've been really sore but thats just a excuse for someone too weak willed to cut it!!It will not become a habit. When you start cutting down you are only one step from quitting!!!

Warden was admiring...... OK making fun of my arms... Getting bigger everywhere except my bicieps!! I've done this on purpose because I don't like the real high peak on the bicieps but I guess I ignored them a little too much..... Just can't please em!!!Told her I was building a God for her. She didn't seem convinced??:think:

Warden claims "WE" are on a diet!!! I just don't remember her asking me...:think:must be getting old.:duck:

 

I checked and "We" doesn't include me, the excercise is enough for me.. no need to overdo it....:no-no-no:

2 hrs pretty hard tonight. Added a few things but I'm constantly changing it up. Now if the Warden can take a few lbs off me....:duck:

 

Careful, she might have a butcher knife to slice off a few pounds.

Bad leg woke me last night. I spent about 1/2 hr stomping around house with it cramping up. Two big knots on it about the size of softballs.The Warden was planning trip to horsepital before I got it to relax a little. It did'n quit and is still cramping today. I think I'll lay off the leg presses a while. Had got up to a little over 400 lb with them.

What I did tonight.

 

 

Flat Benches 120 reps

Lat pulldowns 120 reps

Forearm pulldowns 120 reps

Tricept pulldowns 120 reps

Shoulder presses 150 reps

Curls with bar 90 reps

Barbell curls 60 reps

butterflys 110 reps

Shrugs 60 reps

Skull Crushers 40 reps

Reverse Flat Bench 30 reps.

 

 

Some body wanna help me pick up my fork so I can eat??:crying:

Best diet I know is a hard days ride on a fast first gen. I think I'm loosing my nerve though. Those Harleys keep a pretty good oil slick in the curves around here.
