Two big knots on it about the size of softballs.The Warden was planning trip to horsepital before I got it to relax a little. It did'n quit and is still cramping today. I think I'll lay off the leg presses a while. Had got up to a little over 400 lb with them.

Some body wanna help me pick up my fork so I can eat??
