reddevilmedic Posted October 11, 2011 #4 Posted October 11, 2011 how can you be cold if the bikes on fire?????
elmicko Posted October 12, 2011 Author #5 Posted October 12, 2011 Great picture!!! What was the temperature in the higher elevations? Earl Most of the ride was very nice with temps in the high 40's, but when we started over the mountain between Cherokee and Gatlinburg the temperature dropped drastically. I don't have a thermometer on the bike, but it was high 30's with wet, low hanging clouds. I do a LOT of outdoor activities in cold weather, but I've never been as cold as I was the last hour and a half of that ride. BBRRRRRR!!!!!
mm482 Posted October 12, 2011 #6 Posted October 12, 2011 I have been across 441 a coulpe times in April and there would be snow banks on the sides of the road. Earl
