this is a FIRST, for me.

i am one of those people who NEVER meets a stranger.

today, i saw a guy walking around in the local grocery store, wearing a "star riders", tee shirt.

it said "CENTRAL NEW JERSEY, STAR GROUP" or something similar.

and also said "chapter 118".

i asked him , if he rode a yamaha, thinking that would get a conversation started.

he answered YES i ride a royal star.

i asked if he'd ever been to our web site.

again "yes, i've been there a few times". then he just turned and walked away!!!!!!

first time i EVER met a biker, who didn't want to talk your ear off, about his bike!!!!!

maybe that's just the way people are in that part of new jersey, i don't know.

i was stationed in "Lakehurst", in the first part of 1970, but i don't remember being allowed to interact with the locals.

I'll deal with you later Jeff.

Maybe he was just not a friendly person. They are all over. That's ok like it was said his loss.

Don't feel too bad at least we all like you.

NO , mike.

i didn't get around to what i ride/tinker with.

he was just not a friendly person, i guess.

MOST "winter Texans", are that way!

i do know , that there are only three parks, here locally, where he could be spending the winter.

i will look him up.

or maybe not.

it's like the others said."his loss".

at least i made an "honest texican approach"!
