hipshot Posted December 23, 2007 #4 Posted December 23, 2007 sitting here, at my home away from home. wind is "howling", outside. temps dropping fast. 6:00 am today, temp was 60. 6:00 am tomorrow, temps will be 34, with a wind chill factor that makes it "Feel", like 27! this part of the country, is where GOD, invented the "common cold". just jt p.s., mammamo, i like crunchy cookies! even with a small amount of "black" crust on the bottom! (i raised two girls, and a boy, who ALL thought they were going to be "pastry chefs!!!

wolfman1 Posted December 23, 2007 #6 Posted December 23, 2007 Just finished smoking 6 turkry's for Christmas presents. Kim just made 10,000 (?) or so sugar cookies to add to the presents. At least it seems that many. Our grandson was helping but got tired of that and went to watch tv. Kim was a little hurt I think, cause she wanted him to help with Christmas stuff. I think that thought on her part was one of those "Hall Mark " kinda thoughts. Not based in reality .... lol .... Merry Christmas Steve
