dacheedah Posted October 8, 2011 #1 Posted October 8, 2011 I received my drivers backrest today, Custom World International. The installation was simple and it has several adjustments. Took a ride and it was awesome. I'll try and post pictures from my phone.

Freebird Posted October 8, 2011 #3 Posted October 8, 2011 It looks good. I think that personally, I still prefer the single post type like the Diamond R but that one looks great too and should certainly make for a much more comfortable ride.
Condor Posted October 8, 2011 #4 Posted October 8, 2011 It looks like it extends into the seating position quite a bit. Keep us posted on how it rides....
dacheedah Posted October 10, 2011 Author #5 Posted October 10, 2011 All day on the bike and no back pain, the back rest is awesome. It has a lot of adjustments, looks great and was not a bad install.
alwrmcusn Posted October 17, 2011 #6 Posted October 17, 2011 I have the same unit on my Venture. Worth every penny on longer rides! There is no intrusion of the mounting bars for the passenger or the driver. The photo shows the mounting bars fit snug enough to hold my sheep skin seat cover in place all by itself. (photo taken about three months ago on a trip to Blythewood, SC)
dacheedah Posted October 18, 2011 Author #7 Posted October 18, 2011 I agree, it's awesome. I drove 2 1/2 hrs with it being a tad bit windy and got off with no back pain or stiffness. It adjusts about every which way. I'm 5 10 225.
