Where is the 41R-71 Relay Located on an 84?

It is needed to work the 4 way flashers and turn signals. I know, for my 4 way flashers and turn signals stoped working and with the help of a few members we were able to isolate the defective part. Replacing the 41R-71 relay fixed my problem. I'm looking to pick up an extra one to carry and a member has an 84 parting out. Mine in the 89 VR is located behind the headlight in the upper cavity on a relay bar. He pulled what I thought would be the 41R-71 relay but is was not. According to the dealers parts drawing the 84 and the 89 are the exact same part. Infact I think most years of the MKI and MKII are the same part.
