Any 3M trim tape should work. use a cloth dampend with brake clean to make sure the surfaces are real clean before you apply the tape.

 

Brake cleaner will damage many (not all) plastics. Alcohol is safe on most (not all) plastics and will still cut any grease on the surfaces. When it comes to cleaners and plastic, always test a small inconspicuous spot first.

 

I do not remember the P/N but the 3M trim tape that is grey in color with a red plastic release strip is the best. You can get it at most auto parts places.

Here are the part numbers , I always use alcohol to clean surface

and then use this tape, here is half inch and one inch, hope this helps.

same for the passenger arm rest as well.
