After 3 trips to the muffler shop and 4 hours total labor I got the roadkings on my 86.Got the pipe and the bends for free.Nice to have friends.

Nice friends you have, Can at least one of them post some pictures of this.

 

I got to change my stock 86s soon.

 

 

Had the pictures there but they disappeared.Gonna try again

Thanks.I cant believe how easy they were to install.I removed the rear bolt fron the bags and installed a longer 5/16" bolt straight into the threaded bracket on the muffler.I bought the HD muffler clamps yesterday and will take off the regular muffler clamp and replace with the HD clamps

Thanks that looks good. Glad to see something like that before I try.

 

Im not used to not being able to hear my bike run. Don't want loud and ubnioux just something with tone.

 

 

Mine is not loud at all.It does give it a deep tone to it.

I had no problem getting adapter pipes.I need to fab a rear mount.It is a little different from the 86.I will send pics as soon as I have them completely mounted.
