buddy Posted December 21, 2007 #2 Posted December 21, 2007 Did you ask your wife if you could leave the house first? buddy
Midnight Rider Posted December 21, 2007 Author #4 Posted December 21, 2007 Did you ask your wife if you could leave the house first? buddy Wasn't going to ask. I would be back before she got off of work. Would never know.............yea right. I once heard it is easier to ask for forgiveness then permission....Thats how I ended up with the bike to begin with...... Dale

Marcarl Posted December 21, 2007 #9 Posted December 21, 2007 Maybe just go out there and polish it, check the oil, fill the tires, you know, the important stuff, and then, maybe just take it to the end of the drive to make sure it looks good and everything else checks out proper.
Crash Posted December 21, 2007 #10 Posted December 21, 2007 Nothing like making us jealous! As we look out the window and see SNOW. NOW GO RIDE.
BOO Posted December 21, 2007 #11 Posted December 21, 2007 Dale, Just ride, if it turns out to be a short ride or a long ride so be it. Suppose to be all the way up to 40 deg here today, first above freezing for a week or so and I hear we are going to have 2 to 4 inch's of white stuff on Sunday. Just have fun and Ride. Jerry
Sweetnothing Posted December 21, 2007 #12 Posted December 21, 2007 Dale, I think if you have to ask that question you should be grounded!! You can always start out on the long ride attitude, and if she calls or something you can turn around at any point. But remember.....you just left!

Midnight Rider Posted December 22, 2007 Author #25 Posted December 22, 2007 Kenny and Gene, I would love to take you up on your offer. But common sense and and a warm place to stay has to win out this time. At least I know who my friends are. Unlike the one that lives in southern Missouri, not going to mention John's name..........
