Rick Haywood Posted September 18, 2011 #4 Posted September 18, 2011 We are at about 23,000 with a good 6 weeks left of riding so maybe we will end up at around 28,000 or so.

Christmas night 2000 we got 22 in. Over night pretty much shut us down.
DanOh Posted September 18, 2011 #12 Posted September 18, 2011 I ride all year long, except for when there is snow on the roads which is usually works out a few weeks a year. So far this year i'm at 22,000 miles. Expect to end up somewhere near 28,000 by Xmass. Cheers, Dan
dingy Posted September 19, 2011 #13 Posted September 19, 2011 657 & counting. Short riding window of opportunity. Gary
wannarsv Posted September 19, 2011 #14 Posted September 19, 2011 Just a hair over 10,000 since the end of April.......but still not enough. MELVIN
exrsa1 Posted September 19, 2011 #15 Posted September 19, 2011 We've been averaging between 7K - 9K yearly. This year we have just under 11K and hope to ride for a few more weeks. I would love to ride more, but time, kids, etc does not permit.... yet. EX
Bobby G Posted September 19, 2011 #16 Posted September 19, 2011 About 17,000 since January, and counting. Did 3 sizable trips this year, with one more on the schedule. No seasonal riding here, unless we get a freak ice storm. Got the heated gear ready to don when it starts getting colder in November or so. Have been wearing a jacket this week for the first time since April, and it feels great! Been one hell of a hot summer.
SilvrT Posted September 19, 2011 #17 Posted September 19, 2011 Not sure exactly how many I put on this year but I'd say it's about the same as each of the past 2 years and that averages out to appx 14,400 Km's /yr
Motorcycle Mike Posted September 19, 2011 #18 Posted September 19, 2011 About 15K miles on the RSV and 5K miles on the VTX. And the season aint over yet.
motorcycle_1300 Posted October 2, 2011 #19 Posted October 2, 2011 only put 7k miles 3k of which was a 10 day ride around northern Nova Scotia on my venture midnight this year, of course it was in the dealers shop since mid July. 2.5 months out of a northern New York summer is a big bite. Put 4500 on my FJR and a couple thousand on the goldwing. 5 miles on the 92 venture royale, but that will change someday. I can usually count on about 15k miles a year, but then it is a short year 11 months of winter, 30 days of rain Al
marczing Posted October 2, 2011 #20 Posted October 2, 2011 3,000 on the Venture since I got her in July. 2,500miles on the vstar I traded. Hope to get another 2 or 3k before December. I'll usually ride at some point every month as long as there's not ice or snow. Zinger
Stache Posted October 2, 2011 #21 Posted October 2, 2011 9500 km and counting. Weather has been impossible. --- I am here: [ame=http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=47.711203,-52.721577]Google Maps[/ame]
Venturous Randy Posted October 2, 2011 #22 Posted October 2, 2011 Last year I went about 12,000 miles and expected to go at least that many or more this year. But with only going about 9,500 miles this year so far and the eye injury, I probably won't even make 10,000 miles.
Guest Slab_Ryder Posted October 2, 2011 #23 Posted October 2, 2011 So far, 49,000 kms (24,800 miles). 2.5 months left in season
oldschool Posted October 2, 2011 #24 Posted October 2, 2011 just under 11000 since mothers day weekend on the 2nd gen......5000 on the 83.
jrsain Posted October 3, 2011 #25 Posted October 3, 2011 We/I ride 7-10,000 miles a year and we trailer it if our destination is over 1-1/2 hours away.
