Wizard765 Posted September 16, 2011 #14 Posted September 16, 2011 My 84 Blonde has 118,000 Kms (73,321 Miles) and all summer I've been thinking about how GREAT she is running.. Love this bike...
Ndiaz Posted September 16, 2011 #15 Posted September 16, 2011 1988 Royale, bought July, 2008, with 45,000 miles. As of today, September 2011, it has 77,000 miles. It's a daily runner, weather permitting. Since I bought it, it's been in Maine, Mass, New Hampshire, Vermont, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, and my home in Maryland. Good trips planned for 2012, but plenty of day rides left this fall. Great runner -- very pleased. Nick Diaz Middletown, MD
Jayceesfolly Posted September 16, 2011 #16 Posted September 16, 2011 My 83 Blonde has 65K on the frame and 35K on the motor(86). (It's going up for sale). My 89 has 35K Never enough time to add more miles.

KarlS Posted September 16, 2011 #21 Posted September 16, 2011 83: Got it road ready April 2009 had 42,974 miles. Today: 62,772.
jrsain Posted September 16, 2011 #23 Posted September 16, 2011 I'm not an owner of a first gen. but I'm surprised not to find much highers numbers. I know when I was looking to buy a RSTD in July I saw many second gen. with 50-80k on them. With that being said I expected to see many 100-200k numbers for second gen. I live in Florida and am not an Iron butt rider, a 50-75 mile ride (one way) is a long ride for me and the wife. We do have the ability to ride year round and we ride around 7-10k a year. So if you take a 1983 bike at 5k a year which is I think a low average it should have 140k on it. (28years x 5,000 miles = 140,000 miles) Enough said and God Bless, Jerry
tcoop Posted September 16, 2011 #24 Posted September 16, 2011 My 83 has either 26,000 or 126,000. Thats what it has on the clock anyway. The speedometer cable was not in the sheath when I got the bike last year so who knows what it actually is.
Condor Posted September 16, 2011 #25 Posted September 16, 2011 Good question... This post should generate some milage all by itself... '83....56,000 '87....39,000 '90....72,000 '91....96,000 '93....92,000 '99....50,000 '91 motor....51,000
