Its been a couple years since we all got together so how about it? Who is interested?? Any suggestions? Poss. Date 10-07 to 10-09 or just 10-8 and 9 Joe P.S. not real good on planning but I can help. UPDATE: ALL riders coming tru Owosso meet at the M21 Westown shell 1/2 mile west of M52 Will post more if needed anyone needing information on the ride you can contact Larry or myself. Larry I agree the casino is no issue for me either its more for the ride and friends to get together and even for an overnight stay somewhere. Looks maybe the second weekend of oct. 8th 9th and 10th or the folloing weekend but will see how many are interested in a ride. Joe

Leave Sat. morning ride find place to stay and come back on Sun. No real plans just thought get on and ride stop where ever. Leave on the 8th and return on the 9th of Oct. More fun just picken and goin. We can all meet Sat. morning at a place that would be suitable for who is all going. LET'S DO IT!!!!! :thumbsup2:

There's a nice Hotel with riverfront rooms there http://www.fleetwoodinn.com/index.php We have stayed there several times, it's a nice clean place with reasonable rates. Just a short hop into Mackinaw City and the Tunnel of Trees M-119. OR we could head west and hit M-22, them M-119 with a stop at Legg's inn. Just throwing some ideas out there.

Carbon_One Posted September 20, 2011 #25 Posted September 20, 2011 (edited) Ok Joe & I worked out a route to & from the Ludington & Mainitee area from our area in south east Mi. We're currently checking out hotels for the two towns looking for a decent deal. Trip is being planned for Oct 8th & 9th. We'll switch to Oct 15-16 if weather is bad. Leaving Saturday morning and returning Sunday evening using mostly country roads to avoid freeways as much as possible. It'll should be under 300 miles / 6+ hours with breaks and lunch each way & using a different route each way to boot. Some will most likely meet us there (west coaster) and some could be meet along the way. We'll pick a meet spot for Saturday morning once we see who is all going, trying to locate it for the best of all attending. What we need now is a head count on who plans on going so we might be able to book a block of rooms at reasonable rates. I'll run a ongoing head count here--- 1. Joe 2. Joyce & I 3.
