Tomorrows the big day (RSV rider maybe)

I hope the bike turns out to be decent . Im going to check out an 05 RSV tomorrow armed with some knowledge picked up from the folks on this site , hopefully Ill be able to figure out if its worthy or just a dud. Wish me luck !

Enjoy your test ride ! And remember, the way the dealer sets it up can probably be improved (air pressure in forks, shock).

I hope to have pics for you tomorrow and more importantly in October when we ride to Daytona for biketoberfest ! Been ridin a Roadstar for 5 years and need something a little more comfortable with cruise , for the long trips.

Hope it is a good one.I just got my first Royal Star Venture last weekend and absolutely by far the most fun pleasureable motorcycle I ever rode.Now I can't wait to go to work everyday so I can ride it to work.I got a 32 mile ride one way.Used to hate the ride to work now I love it.

Tried the bike out today , the guy said the cruise didnt work but I was able to set it thanks to info on this site , however the bike has a salvage title and it just doesnt feel 100 percent right. I know I should have asked him about the title but I would have checked it out anyway even if I knew about it. The bike is an 05 with 15k miles for $6500.00 on craigslist Fayetteville NC if anybody is interrested. Im thinking about a new Victory Vision , just dont feel like buying somebody elses problem.

Ive gotta 99 model with 105,000 on it I'd let go for $3500.

I test drove that bike about 2-3weeks ago. It has been stored outside, has a salvage title, needs carb work or stock pipes put back on(lots of popping on decel). Not much in the way of extras. I bought an 04 w/ 41k and all kinds of extra's on it for less $. Good ones are out there.
