Zumo 550 HELP

:confused24:I recently update the map on my Zumo 550 and now it will not display streets. I zoom in and all I get is a blank screen. It does display major roads. It was working fine before the update. What did I do? What do I need to do to fix this?

It sounds like the update failed. You might try updating again.

Also, check your settings and see what the detail level is set on. I think there are 3 settings, low, normal and high. If it is set on low, it won't show the smaller streets.

Also I belong to this forum and if you go to this link, pretty good explanation as to the download process for the 2012 maps.

 

I went with a 16g sd card, loaded all of North Amercia onto chip. I have no problems running the maps from the chips. Just be sure if you do this process to back up all your files from the Zumo to your pc.

Thanks all. It was the update. It was corrupt. I reloaded the update and everything work as it was supposed to.
