Well I finished doing the rear tire change it was not bad easier than other bikes I've done. But I must say coming up with a way to get the bike lifted on the jack was the hardest part! I'm going to have to get me or make a lift adapter! New tire and checked the brakes and greased up everything now I'm ready to go!!!!!!!!

Good for another 12-15,000 miles.

The Carbon1 adapter works very well for me. get the optional legs.

I have successfully used jack-stands on motorcycles without center stands.

With the bike on its side stand, place a jack-stand under a hard part (passenger footrest, etc) on the right side. Lever the bike up on this jack-stand and place a second jack-stand under the same hard part on the left side. It is best to have help with a heavy bike . . .

You can use a center stand and remove the front wheel (lower the front) to get to the rear tire change. I think that the adapter and motorcycle jack is a better way to go. And you can use it for cleaning the bike by lifting it high and sit on your roll around shop chair. I have used the Carbon One many times and it works great. I have the legs but since I ride mostly year round, I have never needed to leave the bike elevated for extended periods of time.

Take the 4 nuts off the final drive and remove it. The tire and wheel will come right out the left side then under the saddlebag mounts.
