Fuel turned on? Is the fuel pump clicking when you turn on the key? It should not be unless the bike has been sitting for several days, so if it clicks every time you turn the key on, that means it is not getting any fuel. If it does not click at all, either it is normal, or the pump could be bad. Open one of the drain valves on a carb to verify there is fuel in it and that the pump now clicks when you turn the key on next time.

You might be having a problem with the relay you used for the bypass operation. That's the only thing that come to mind at the moment anyhow unless you have another ignition switch going bad. Try another relay to see if that corrects your problem. If not then you'll need to dig deeper.

Do as Goose suggests and be sure there is fuel in the bowls before even attempting to start the bike. Turn on the key to verifiy that the pump is pumpinng fuel out of the bowl you opened then when the pump stops clicking start the bike.

It does sound to me now that you may have a fuel problem since the engine cranks over. Also how much choke do you need & how long does it have to stay on when 1st starting the bike now?

I have not cked the bowel yet but after the pump stops clicking it is hard to start with or with out the ckoke on it seems that the pump is pumpimg slower also so it looks like a new pump any aftermarkit pumps out there stealer want 290.00 doller
