HD turn , running lights

Hey guys, there is a post on here somewhere, but be damned if I can find it. Got a set of HD rear lights, with turn signal, running & brake lights, with the license plate bracket all in one. I got the idea from the post to add extra lights on the back of my RSMV. Freebird had posted step by step instructions on how to install it. Can someone out there direct me to that thread? Thanks
