BEER30 Posted December 13, 2007 #1 Posted December 13, 2007 I'm having BEER24/7's helmet airbrushed . As some may know , she has a fawned admiration towards "Moose" . This evening , we had an opportunity to get a look at it . It will be finished tomorrow and she is on Cloud #9 with it ! Here's some photos and the pic's do not do the artwork justice . Eck Posted December 13, 2007 #10 Posted December 13, 2007 Very very nice Gene... The painter has an artistic hand indeed with an air brush... I'm sure Becky IS tickled with it. I still have to paint mine this winter..but it sure wont be with an air brush!
Riderduke Posted December 13, 2007 #12 Posted December 13, 2007 Very nice job. Will she wear it on a regular basis or will it become a Wall hanging?
E-Fishin-C Posted December 13, 2007 #14 Posted December 13, 2007 Upon closer observation The head looks like a Horse with alot of fur:rotfl:
pegscraper Posted December 13, 2007 #15 Posted December 13, 2007 Wow, I'm jealous. I wish I could airbrush like that. I'm just not an artist. Excellent work.

Lone Eagle Posted December 13, 2007 #17 Posted December 13, 2007 Gene, who painted that - that is beautiful.. I wear a modular, but won a 1/2 helmet like that - so I'm thinking of getting that 1/2 helmet painted - something eagle related - for show to match my bike.
BEER30 Posted December 13, 2007 Author #18 Posted December 13, 2007 Gene, who painted that - that is beautiful.. I wear a modular, but won a 1/2 helmet like that - so I'm thinking of getting that 1/2 helmet painted - something eagle related - for show to match my bike. Robert Bell is the painter/artist . He charged me $150.00 to paint . I saw his portfolio on other peices he has done and they are spectacular ! There were some Eagles within his portfolio . Robert said he will try to get a website up soon , but he is still an active Marine here at Camp Lejuene so that job comes first . Becky should have her helmet back tonight as he has some finish work to do on it . Also he placed 9 clear coats on it , so it should shine , shine , shine ! BEER30
Eck Posted December 13, 2007 #19 Posted December 13, 2007 he placed 9 clear coats on it , so it should shine , shine , shine ! BEER30 Her helmet wont shine near as well as the top of your head....
