Semi-retired Posted July 28, 2011 #1 Posted July 28, 2011 Am I the only one........or does anyone else find it strange that Comagination lists no phone number and no address on their website. http://www.headlightmodulator.com/ and/or http://comagination.com/ Don't know about you......but I'm a little reluctant to send hundreds of bucks to someone without a business phone........or ANY phone. Likewise with the address thing! Anybody out there own any of their products? Thanks, Michael
darthandy Posted July 28, 2011 #2 Posted July 28, 2011 Well, I don't own one of their products but I did a web search on the name and came up with two reviews from WeBikeWorld, one of which dates back to around 2001 (They weren't sure of the date. Here's the link to if you want to check it out yourself. It sounds pretty good and I've found the Webikeworld reviews to be quite useful in the past. http://www.webbikeworld.com/r3/headlight-modulator/dual-modulator.htm Andy
plainmd Posted July 28, 2011 #3 Posted July 28, 2011 I used this company and was pleased with my headlight modulater and the brake flasher unit http://www.kriss.com/
droptoppop Posted November 15, 2011 #4 Posted November 15, 2011 I had one of their headlight modulators on my Honda Magna for 5 yrs and it worked GREAT!
Scooter Bob Posted November 16, 2011 #5 Posted November 16, 2011 Don't know about you......but I'm a little reluctant to send hundreds of bucks to someone Seems way high for a modulator. I bought one a little over a year ago from Dennis Kirk for about $70. I can't find it there or JP Cycles now, but here's the link to the company. I had to splice mine in, but it looks like the have harness adapters now. http://signaldynamics.com/index.php?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=215&category_id=14&option=com_virtuemart&Itemid=77 Hope this helps, Scooter Bob
Semi-retired Posted November 16, 2011 Author #6 Posted November 16, 2011 Hi, Bob. Thanks for that link. I'm writing those guys a quick note to ask what the "third" connector in the middle of the photo is for. It would have been nice if the shot of the "Single H4" version (that's the one we need, right?) would have been shot with the connectors "facing the camera". Thanks again, Mike
Scooter Bob Posted November 16, 2011 #7 Posted November 16, 2011 Hi, Bob. Thanks for that link. I'm writing those guys a quick note to ask what the "third" connector in the middle of the photo is for. Extra connector probably goes to the horn button. Changes the flash mode when horn is pushed. Later, Scooter Bob
Sylvester Posted November 16, 2011 #8 Posted November 16, 2011 The part number for the BACK OFF brand at J&P Cycle is 310-450. It is $70.00.
