Acoustic tachometer for pc

[a1bummer]

A while back I remember a thread about a tachometer program for a pc that used a microphone to determine the rpm of and engine by listening to the sound of the engine. I had the program downloaded, but never got a chance to try it out before I lost it. Now I can not find it again for life of me. Does anybody remember it and know the link?
