I notice there are several flying fans on this site and thought I'd let you all know that the museum has updated its WEB site. It is now a "walking tour" and pretty realistic.

Thank you so much for posting that site. We live in Cincinnati and I am ashamed to say, that I have not been to the Air Force Museum since my husband and I were dating. We just had our 39th anniversary today, so I think we need to go there again real soon.

We were there in 09; very cool. Did not allow enough time but this is a place where you could spend days. We did make it out to the Presidential hangar and that was worth it. Hope to go back some time.

Thanks, spent a lot of time around the F-4's at Seymour Johnson AFB in Goldsboro, NC and Ubon RTAFB in Thailand in 72. Brings back a lot of memories.

About three years ago my family donated some items to the planned Missile and Space exhibit. Glad to see they got it up and running.

 

I guess we'll have to get down there when YAMA MAMA and Moped go again.....

Was blessed with the opportunity to spend a day there last winter.

What an awesome place. If you go make sure you visit the outside exhibits.

The C141 used to carry the POW's out of Hanoi will make you proud of those

men who paid such a high price.

Hill AFB also has an excellent museum. I am headed to Ohio this summer for work and will try to visit this august.

Great place to visit. I try to go every two or three years. Last year they had a fly-in of 15 B25's what a sight that was.

If you are close to Cincinnati, Clermont Airport also has a nice warbird museum
