Well, considering that the sparks are going the opposite way of the wheel rotation, I would say it's definitely photoshopped.

 

I've seen this photo without the sparks. That definitely would throw off the handling of the bike drastically.

That would definately "POOCH" the rear shock.

The fence sections on the trailer are not tied down and could be a hazard while riding.
