We use the lowest price J&M and are really happy with them. Our model is gone but I think the newer models have smaller mics which would be good. Try Sierra Electronics or Wingstuff.com (Venture uses the same headset as GoldWing).

One for me and one for the wife. http://www.twowheelsound.com/inc/sdetail/976/980 Probably spent more than I meant to, but the (really) cheap IMC Motocom that I bought last year really did not hold up. We'll see how these hold up.
