Any one near Philly Pa with a valve adjust tool I can have for a day, or where is a good place to get one on the web? thanks

I've got one that I would be willing to send you and you can send it back when you are done. It depends upon how big a hurry you are in though. I am out of town so won't be able to mail it until Saturday. All I have is the tool though, no shim kit or anything.
