1980 - 1982 Honda CB 900 Custom..........or 1983 Honda CB 1000 Custom. I told him that I would post this to see if any of you all knew of this bike for sale here in the Morehead,Ky general area, say 150-200 miles out or so. Perhaps you may have one ? Thank you in advance. I thought this would be the place to post such a question, since it is not Venture or Tour Deluxe or Gold-wing related.

What Condition? What Price range? He's kind of in the middle of no where and mayhave to expand his horizons a little. Using google with site:craigslist.org following the search term CB900 Custom and CB 1000 Custom it seems nice unadulterated examples under $2000 are already sold. People wanting stronger money seem willing to wait. Nice unique bikes though.

These are some of the closer ones (relatively speaking) I found. Several more if he's willing to go further. Various prices and condition.

Thanks RSTDdog. I will pass this on. You have found some nice ones, especially that last one. He has been checking the Graigs List some, but like you said, I think he is going to have to drive a few miles to get what he is wanting.

This guy, Sam Goodman usually has any kind of bike you could want. Great guy too.

www.sgcustomcycles.com Just Southwest of Nashville.

He even had two restored CBX's when I was down there last time.

WOW! Thanks Monty. Now that was interesting. I watched all the videos and I have got to make plans to visit Sam and his place the next time I am down that way. He is just as down home as a country boy could be. My kind of people. Thanks for sharing....
