SilvrT Posted May 30, 2011 Share #1 Posted May 30, 2011 I've read a few other threads but none gave me the specific answer other than applying dielectric grease to the connectors (which I haven't yet tried). However, here's the problem .... Right front speaker - no sound Left front and both rear have sound No sound in right headset speakers, front or rear. Any ideas other than cleaning the connectors inside the fairing?

crowrod Posted May 31, 2011 Share #4 Posted May 31, 2011 You might have a bad output transistor in the amp, only way to find is to split upper fairing every thing will be right there in front of you. get your VOM and start checking
SilvrT Posted June 13, 2011 Author Share #5 Posted June 13, 2011 I discovered what the problem was .... the patch cord to the bikes radio wasn't fully plugged into the Sirius unit. Yesterday the sound started getting real crackly so I started checking connections and `voila!
