Need A Bolt If anyone has one ?

I changed the antifreeze in my bike. I noticed the bolt in the center of of the painted black piece in between the side covers was missing. It is bolt number 14 on pages SIDE COVER - D11 & D12 of the schematics in the Tech library. If anyone has one lying around I would appreciate your help. I suppose the bolt has been missing since new, or mechanic may have left this bolt out when they changed the clutch basket or new head casket. The bolt really has no affect other than it would stiffen the center mount up some for the side covers. I am funny about stuff like this, the bolt should be there even so. Thanks, Fuzzy ........

Well after giving this a little more thought. I could probably just go by the schematics and get bolt part number and call and order one with credit card and have it shipped to me. Not a local dealer close. There is a new Yamaha shop going up over on hwy 801 in Rowan county. But it wont open for a while I suppose. Be glad when it opens for business, love to look around.

Ya might want to check your local Ace Hardware fer that bolt....It will cost ya a lot less than buying one from Yammy!

Boomer....who sez check yer garage fer pygmies cuz they are notorious about sneaking bolts and such off of scoots....

Thank you very much. You where reading my mind. I was thinking, well would be nice to pick up bolt at local hardware, but how to figure size ??? This is great and should be in tech stuff for 1st and 2nd gen bikes. Very good information. Thanks to all.
