bkuhr Posted May 24, 2011 #3 Posted May 24, 2011 Hi, would be happy to help out, I don't live far from Wal-Mart same here, I live close
star4772 Posted May 24, 2011 #4 Posted May 24, 2011 I can not believe as big as Walmart is that they will not ship the phone to it's owner. I once left my shaving bag in a little truck stop in Nebraska and they shipped it to me at no charge. Unbelieveable for a Corperation as big as they are. Joe
Flyinfool Posted May 24, 2011 #5 Posted May 24, 2011 Wally world will not spend a nickle that they do not absolutely have to. It should be easy enough to identify the phone just have whomever is picking it up call the phone to prove that they know its number. Assuming they were nice enough to turn it off to save the battery.
jemorrisonjr Posted May 24, 2011 #6 Posted May 24, 2011 I work at a local Kohl's store (pays for the chrome addiction) and we mailed a phone back to a customer....
bkuhr Posted May 24, 2011 #7 Posted May 24, 2011 Phone recovered from Wally world-what a pain, and in the mail. Tracking# sent PM
BuckShot Posted May 24, 2011 Author #8 Posted May 24, 2011 Brian---Thanks for all the help and shipping the phone. Will told me that you had to call his wife and then she had to talk to Walmart to get them to hand over the phone to you. I can see that it would be a pain. I know that she really feels she owe's you one. Thanks again. Gil
FuzzyRSTD Posted May 24, 2011 #9 Posted May 24, 2011 Glad that all worked out for the best. If you really want to hear a sad phone story, then go to the thread started today about another phone loss,"Done the eck thing with my phone". It is on the Home page for now. Fuzzy
