2 years ago I rode an '08 UltraClassic through the Beartooth and Yellowstone and was very impressed with the 50+ MPG, 6 speed trans, handling, dragging the floorboards through every switchback (it was a rental bike) First Harley I'd been on in 30 years.

Congratulations !! That is sharp !! Bet it feels lighter than the RSTD. I thought the Ultra I test rode was a lot lighter and more agile than the Venture. But I felt as if I was sitting way on top of the bike, not as connected as on the Venture. What part of Arkansas are you in ? I used to live in Salem.

Whats this NO silver paint job knowing how you love silver bikes but I have to say that sure is pretty for HD..

 

But what is that under the bike? dark looking stuff - motor oil ?

 

Sure am looking forward to seeing you & sis again and the bike too maybe you will let me sit on it and drool all over the gas tank LOL
