I read another report on this earlier that stated that the cop car pulled out in front of him to try to get him to stop. About the same as shooting him to get him to stop.

I guess there won't be much argument from the biker on whether or not the police followed chase protocol.

It is guys like this that make us all look bad. I believe there should be a graduated licensing system tied to the performance of the bike.
