abnormalwon Posted May 10, 2011 #2 Posted May 10, 2011 Read the write up in Cycle World recently and looks to be an interesting new ride. Hope they do well, competition is never a bad thing. Also looking like Eric Buell is getting back on his feet again. Hope to see some of his ideas back on the road.
etcswjoe Posted May 10, 2011 #4 Posted May 10, 2011 Looks to me like it would be easy to burn yourself on the pipes.
Condor Posted May 10, 2011 Author #5 Posted May 10, 2011 They call that a "touring machine"? I guesss if they can call the BMW K1200LT a sports tourer, the shoe fits....
twigg Posted May 10, 2011 #6 Posted May 10, 2011 They call that a "touring machine"? Depends on the geometry and seating position. The Honda VFR800i doesn't look much like a touring machine, but it offers fast traveling and all day comfort.
KiteSquid Posted May 10, 2011 #7 Posted May 10, 2011 They call that a "touring machine"? It has saddle bags.......... I would not call it a touring bike...... but a V4 in that configuration looks like fun. I like the exhaust note. I wish them luck!!!!!!
abnormalwon Posted May 10, 2011 #8 Posted May 10, 2011 I think they define it as a 'sport touring' rig. There is quite a bit of lee-way with in that definition, still could be an interesting ride.
